Mezcal Unión Uno | 14

Mezcal Unión Uno is a silver mezcal distilled from 2 types of agave: Espadin and Cirial. It's produced by a group of mezcal families and Master Mezcalero Pedro Hernandez in San Baltazar, Oaxaca.

Montelobos Espadín | 14

Montelobos Joven is an artisanal Mezcal made in Santiago Matatlán produced with 100% organically certified agave Espadín. This Mezcal is crafted by biologist and distiller Iván Saldaña and mezcalero Don Abel Lopez. It is made according to Saldaña’s vision and passion for agave and artisanal mezcal with respect for traditional production methods, sustainability, and the quality of life in the communities and families who have produced mezcal for generations.

Montelobos Ensamble | 20

Montelobos Ensamble is approximately 53% agave Cupreata and 35% maguey Espadin (agave Angustifolia) along with the tails from Montelobos Tobala. This mezcal is produced in Puebla using cultivated agaves.

Montelobos Tobala | 25

This mezcal has aromas of lemon, green pepper and pear. On the palate, there are notes of citrus, basil, roasted fig, macadamia, and truffle.

Montelobos Pechuga | 30

Montelobos Pechuga is made with agave Espadin. Before the third and final distillation, a turkey breast is suspended in the still and local fruits and spices are added to the distillate. Traditionally, a Pechuga mezcal like this is drunken at celebrations like weddings, quinceañeras, or other celebratory events.

Ilegal Mezcal | 15

Handcrafted in small batches by fourth-generation mezcaleros, their Joven, Reposado, and Añejo mezcals are all made with perfectly ripe, sustainable Espadín agave, double distilled in the Santiago Matatlan Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal | 15

This mezcal is distilled twice and hand-crafted. Del Maguey uses wood-fired copper stills, which bring out fruity aromas and other sweet notes such as honey and vanilla.

Del Maguey Vida de Muertos | 16

Del Maguey Vida de Muertos is a special 45% ABV edition of Vida inspired by the batches of mezcal that are distilled in autumn and shared for the celebration of Dia de los Muertos.

Del Maguey Chichicapa | 18

The Del Maguey Chichicapa has a relatively light nose, yet it is deep and sweet on the tongue with lots of citrus and a complex character. It has a long finish with developing smokiness and a hint of chocolate and mint at the end. The town of Chichicapa is dry and tropical, depending on the time of year, with banana trees, guava, and mangoes.

Del Maguey Las Milpas | 18

Del Maguey Las Milpas is produced by Anastacio Cruz Antonio and his sons Rigoberto, Abel and Pedro in the remote village of Las Milpas. Agave Espadin is roasted in an underground oven carved into a granite hillside. It is milled using a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented in open-air wooden fermentation vats, and twice distilled in small copper stills. Las Milpas has aromas of slate and minerals. On the palate there are notes of tropical fruit, citrus, lavender, and tarragon with a long and dry finish.

Del Maguey Minero | 18

The Del Maguey Minero from Santa Catarina Minas has a nose full of flower essence, vanilla, and figs with a burnt honey flavor and a bit of lemon. The Mezcal Minero is deep and warm, sweet all the way to the finish. The name Minero can be a bit confusing at first. It refers to a Mezcal from Santa Catarina Minas, and the name Minero is used by several brands that have production in the small town.

Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec | 31

Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec is also known as the Papalote de Puebla and is part of the Del Maguey Vino de Mezcal collection. This mezcal is made by mezcalero Aurelio Gonzalez Tobon. This is a very floral mezcal that has notes of spice, lilac and tropical fruit. The agave Tobala gives this mezcal bright citrus notes that balance with its creamy texture.

Del Maguey Tobaziche | 31

Del Maguey Tobaziche is produced by Paciano Cruz Nolasco and Marcos Cruz Mendez in San Luis Del Rio using wild maguey Tobaziche which is a rare member of the agave Karwinskii family. This mezcal is naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats. This mezcal is peaty, earthy and smoky with an underlying sweetness of citrus fruit. Del Maguey Tobaziche was released as part of a series of bottlings for La Maison du Whisky’s Cellar Book series.

Reyes y Demonios | 17

Pungent, Smoked vegetal, old leather and subtle floral notes. Lightly smoked, meaty palate and hints of burnt sugar and lemon on the forefront as soon as you taste, and the finish is filled with generous agave, and long smoke.

Vago Elote Mezcal | 17

Vago Elote from Aquilino Garcia Lopez has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. It has a prolonged finish loaded with mint and papaya.  This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations,  Aquilino Garcia Lopez adds roasted corn from his farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its revealing with a softer aftertaste that rounds the edges off the Espadin.

The Lost Explorer Espadín 8 yr | 16

The Espadín Agave grows for 8 years before harvesting begins. A subtly sweet and herbaceous mezcal, well-balanced with hints of sweet apple, ripe fruits, and a mild smoky layer to finish.

The Tobalá Agave grows for 10 years before harvesting begins. An earthy mezcal expression, with hints of tobacco, cocoa, vanilla, and leather, offering a unique balance between wood aromas and umami flavours

Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, Lost Explorer Salmiana is a rare mezcal bottle, made from 100% Salmiana agave, which is aged for 12 years before harvested. A sweet and spicy profile with notes of green chilli, grapefruit and fresh agave.

Libelula Tequila Joven | 14

Libelula is a blend of Blanco 80% and Reposado (20%). The Blanco is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in continuous column stills. The Reposado is cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged minimum 8 months in American whiskey barrels

Corralejo Silver | 15

100% agave tequila, obtained from the double distillation of fermented musts from weber's blue agave. Corralejo Tequila has a mild flavour with a strong character.

Corralejo Reposado | 16

Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and aged for 4 months in French, American and Encino barrels, Corralejo Reposado is light straw in color and has an aroma of sweet vanilla, honey, spice and hints of oak.

Corralejo Añejo | 17

Corralejo Anejo is double distilled and aged for twelve months in charred American oak barrels. Corralejo Anejo has a sweet and smokey flavor.

Nosotros blanco is the result of blending highland agaves with lowland agaves from two different regions. Highland agaves give it its sweet and citrusy introduction while lowland agaves bring an herbal and savory finish. It is full of flavor and impossibly smooth.
